Regas Contracting, Inc. has the following job opportunities
available:
Field Superintendent
This individual will serve as the project superintendent managing all
on-site activities for commercial projects ranging from $500,000
to $2 million in size. Responsibilities will include maintaining
OSHA regulations, interfacing with subcontractors, the project management
team and senior management. This position will report directly to the
Field Project Manager.
Qualifications include: 10 years of construction experience; must be
multitasked oriented and possess excellent people skills.
Project Manager
This individual will be responsible for the successful completion of
each project. This includes the setting up of vendors/suppliers,
tracking RFI's, change orders, coding labor and material for job costing
and staying on budget. Must have excellent communication skills in
dealing with owner, architect, subs and vendors.
Qualifications include: 10 years experience in construction techniques
and methods; project management experience; knowledge of project
administration, scheduling and estimating.
